Conveyor Loading Prototype

A robust and repeatable test rig designed to create adjustable loading zones at a set location on a moving conveyor belt. The setup must be able to effectively handle high weight in order to induce failure on an industrial conveyor system. The final product, manufactured using custom sheet metal and off-the-shelf components, is capable of potentially handling up to 2000+kg and load zones ranging from 2’x3’ to 0.5’x0.5’.
